- How to use
Take a pea-sized amount of the product and soften it between your fingers. Apply it to the dried nipple and surrounding area. It can be used after every breastfeeding session. Use it before showering to protect sensitive nipples. If the skin is dry, it is recommended to use the product once or twice a day during pregnancy to prepare the nipples for breastfeeding.
Extra tip: Our Nipple Balm may become firmer in texture due to its lanolin content, especially in cooler environments. Don’t worry—this is completely normal, since lanolin is a natural ingredient and contains no preservatives. Its consistency can change depending on the temperature: it may harden in the cold and become softer in warmer conditions. This change does not affect the balm’s effectiveness. If the balm feels too firm, simply warm the tube in your hands for a few minutes, or place it in warm water so it’s easier to squeeze out.
