I use the JimJams Beauty Ultrasonic Skin Rejuvenator device from you. In the instructions for use, it was listed in which cases it should not be used…above the heart…etc. It was not indicated there that it should not be used over implants either. However, it is listed on the box. I have teeth implant on both sides. So can I use the device now or not? How harmful is it?

    Dear Erzsébet!

First of all, thank you for trusting our product! Metal implants are contraindications for ultrasound devices between, as ultrasound waves can heat up due to different tissue resistance those. This means that while ultrasound waves travel more easily in softer water-like substances, they travel more difficultly in denser tissues. So, for example, increased tissue warming can also be experienced in adipose tissue during treatments. Metals are critical in this respect, as they represent a medium in which ultrasonic waves cannot pass through, so they can heat them up.

However, the above applies only to continuous ultrasound modes they apply. This is indicated by the number 3 indicated in the user manual of the device however, it can be changed to pulsating mode with the button. About this device you can confirm from the flashing mode of the LED (user manual no. 4 button marked with a number). If it lights up continuously = continuous mode. If it flashes = pulsating mode. If you want to use the device despite the dental implants, so in pulsating mode, with low power, in level 1, the operating head is continuous by moving it, you can apply the device to the skin of the face. Of course the given within a maximum time frame. However, handling in continuous mode is prohibited. However, if if you experience any discomfort during the treatment, stop it.

I recently purchased an Ultasonic skin rejuvenation device from you and a eye care device. My question is how often (daily, ( (morning and evening face care) or weekly, etc.) must, can be applied, used. I didn’t see any advice on this in the user manual.

    Dear Ilona!

First of all, thank you for trusting our brand, we hope you liked our products.

It is recommended to use both devices once or twice a week according to after the evening cleaning. There is no more intensive device treatment than this necessary, because the treatment can show its positive effect in about three days. At the same time, you can use the products in the sets even on a daily basis, that’s all depends on the type of your skin, if there is a need for it, you can take care of your skin with the serum or the cream on a daily basis.

I would like to ask if I need to use a special gel or cream when using the JimJams ultrasonic device or my skin type suitable cream is enough?

    submitted by: Gabriella age: 46

    Dear Gabriella!

Thank you very much for choosing our product. In order for the ultrasonic device to be effective, it is best to use an activating gel or a gel containing some active ingredients for the device, because the ultrasound needs a moist medium to spread. It is easier to apply liquid to the cleansed skin surface as long as the pores don’t fill with fat.

At the end of the treatment, apply a nourishing cream suitable for the time of day.

I would like to ask how often you can use the ultrasound device? Can it cause side effects?

    submitted by: Eta age: 48

    Dear Eta,

Ultrasound treatment should be used every 2 weeks, not more often.

If you use the device according to the instructions, and carefully read the contraindications, so you do not use the device in prohibited cases, so you will do no harm with it. Especially due to the use of the ultrasound device side effects cannot occur, the maximum can occur when the cosmetics has an individual sensitivity to one of its components. You only have to pay attention to the forehead, nose and eyes when using it you should not spend a long time in the area of the underlying bone (because excessive ultrasound vibration a does not have a good effect on the bone in the long term), so it is recommended to quickly glide over there with the device, and spend more time on the chin and cheeks. In compliance with this, the device of course, it can be used safely and long-term on the entire surface of the face (except for the eyes), only the bony parts require a shorter time overall to spend It is also important to never stop in one area, but to go round continuously use movements.

I am a 16-year-old boy and the blackheads on my nose and chin bother me a lot, but unfortunately I don’t have the opportunity to go to a beautician. What should I do?

    Dear Zsolt!

The JimJams Beauty Pore Cleansing Patch may be the right solution for your problem.

It is easy to use, because you just need to apply it to the moistened area and wait about 10 minutes until it dries. After that, you have to pull off the patch with a slow movement, which practically “pulls” the sebum plugs out of the skin. After the operation, it is worth wiping the skin with a tonic.
